1. Standard Agreement

By visiting our website or contracting our digital marketing and development services, you fully agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms establish a transparent partnership between you (the client) and Markimist (the service provider).

2. Scope of Digital Services

Markimist delivers bespoke digital solutions across multiple disciplines, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Paid Ads (Google/Meta), Social Media Management (SMM), and Website/E-commerce development:

• Marketing Campaigns: All campaign parameters, budgets, targets, and creative directions are formally approved by you before launch.
• Development: Coding structures and mockups will be subjected to strict user approval milestones during the engineering cycle.
• Dynamic Results: While we guarantee expert implementation using industry best-practices and structured AEO optimization, organic rankings and paid advertising ROI depend on search engine algorithms, competitor actions, and market trends.

3. Billing, Retainers, & Payment

Payments for our solutions follow clear, pre-negotiated project milestones or monthly retainer models:

• Milestone Payments: E-commerce and custom web development services require a starting deposit, followed by clear phase completions.
• Monthly Retainers: Marketing campaigns (SEO, Ads, SMM) are billed on a monthly rolling basis.
• Currencies: We accept payments in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) and USD (US Dollars) via wire transfers, cards, or local digital banking gateways.

4. Cancellation & Pausing Policy

We believe in establishing long-term trust rather than locking you into long-term legal bindings:

• You have complete freedom to pause or cancel any active monthly retainer package.
• To ensure clean wrap-ups and data handovers, we require a 15-day prior notice sent via email or direct client dashboard message.
• No exit fees or hidden penalties apply upon proper termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is cleared, all rights to final creatives, structured SEO schemas, copy, codebases, and assets are fully transferred to you. Markimist retains only the right to display completed project items inside our portfolio page as evidence of professional authority, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed NDA.

6. Jurisdiction

Any legal actions, compliance issues, or disputes relating to our services will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, under the primary jurisdiction of courts located in Dhaka.
